Using Natural Cures for Everyday Health Issues

We usually call the natural cures for everyday health issues as Grandma’s remedies. These remedies cure our problems without using medications.
  • To stop baby’s hiccups: Add little bit of sugar on your finger will stop hiccups because he starts sucking sugar. If it is for elders, just scare them.
  • If you suffer from cold, take hot water and intake the vapor by closing yourself under-a-blanket. Just take a hot water shower.
  • Headache: Most common problem suffered by most of us. Just take a brisk walk, this helps in increasing blood circulation and relaxes you. Take a hot bath, this relaxes your muscles.
  • Headache due to dehydration: Just take at least six to eight glasses of water a day. Sit in dark room and avoid bright lights, this helps in reducing the stress in your body. Press your fleshy area between thumb and forefinger, will also help you in overcoming the headache.
