Get your security deposit back when you move out from apartment

When you move out of your apartment austin, the landlord must return your security deposit, state laws determine when a landlord must return the security deposit and how it must be done. This can and should be disputed as well. Your chances of winning your case depend on whether you can prove that the damage was there before. In such circumstances you have an option to resolve the issues created by landlord that can be through small claims court. If you disagree with your landlord over any deductions made to your security deposit, in the United States, you can file a lawsuit in small claims court.
